2024 Fall Campout & Investiture
October 25 – October 27
The CFSU troops come together to enjoy a weekend of fun and fellowship! Most of the weekend is planned by the individual Troops, however, the Investiture & Rededication Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, October 26.
Investiture is a ceremony that happens once per year to welcome new girls into the organization. The traditional audience is anyone who has not yet learned the Girl Scout Law & Promise, whether they are 1st-year Daisies or new to Scouting.
In addition to Investiture, this ceremony will include a Rededication for all returning scouts as a way for the Girls to recommit to the Girl Scout Promise & Law for another year.
In both instances, this ceremony is very important to the girls and family support is encouraged – Parents and siblings are welcome to attend the ceremony!
